JRZN-60 Robotic Polishing Machine

Application

This system enables polishing for high-aperture optical components, including planar, spherical, aspherical, off-axis aspherical, and freeform surfaces. It is compatible with a wide range of materials:

Optical Materials: Quartz, Glass, ULE (Ultra-Low Expansion glass), Monocrystalline Silicon, Silicon Carbide (SiC), Sapphire, Ceramics, etc.Metal Materials: Copper, Aluminum, Nickel, and more.
